It works!

I"ve used a number of meditation aids and have taken a host of classes on connecting with the other side for many years now. This meditation series from Suzanne Giesemann is exceptional. I go places and make connections with spirit that I"ve not experienced before. It"s so delicious that I find myself actually craving my morning practice. Having followed Suzanne"s work since 2013, I think The Training Ground might be the most helpful thing I"ve experienced yet. It"s a specific, step by step method to make the connection with guides and loved ones. And it works. What a gift.

I LOVED this! It is difficult to put into words the experience I had listening to Mediumship The Training Ground. If you are interested in raising your consciousness or sitting in the power, these meditations are a must-have for your spiritual toolbox! The combination of the hemi-sync technology, music and Suzanne Giesemann"s method of shifting to higher consciousness took me to a vibrational level that I had not experienced before with a typical guided meditation. I look forward to making these meditations an important part of my spiritual practice. I don"t know of many other meditations that truly focus on training the mind to discern the difference between your own thoughts and being in an expanded state. I also like that there is the option of listening to these with the guided tracks or the music/tones alone. Thank you for developing this!

Absolutely my favorite!

I love this presentation. After listening to several meditative CD"s in recent months, this is my absolute favorite! The spoken guidance and harmonious music are a perfect pairing of synchronicity, allowing my soul to journey on a discovery of awareness and oneness every morning. My heart flows with love and connection with all that is! Better than a cup of coffee to start my day! WOW...this one really is different than all the others!

I"ve been listening to this new Hemi-Synch meditation for about a week. The first time, I felt a gentle swirling and lightheaded sensation that was very pleasant, and also very different than anything I"ve ever felt in any meditation ever. Each subsequent listening took me to a place of total, head to toe relaxation, not sleepy or groggy, but physically relaxed to the max! It was wonderful, beautiful and so peaceful. I can only imagine that as I continue to use this Hemi-Synch technology and "Training Ground meditation CD regularly, I will find my ability to completely relax and to go into deeper meditative levels will expand and grow. And I expect to achieve an enhanced ability with mediumship and my connections to the other side. I"ve been meditating daily for about two years using many different guided meditations, and have never felt that I"ve gone into deeper levels, until this CD. The music and Suzanne Giesemann"s voice of guidance are the perfect complement to this experience. I highly recommend it to all.

A Sublime Experience

All hemi-sync recordings are not created equal. Some experiences resonate better with me than others. This particular combination of guided meditation from Suzanne Giesemann, music by Christopher Lloyd Clarke, and technology from Hemi Sync creates the most sublime experience for me to date. Simply marvelous.

True Power

I"ve just finished my meditation today using Suzanne"s "Mediumship: The Training Ground . It is difficult to find the words to describe the journey I was on and the power of Suzanne"s guidance and the music and tones. I"ve used many different meditation CDs and this one is by far the most effective and powerful. I felt divinely led to new dimensions. I was never distracted by the words or music. I felt the trust of being able to completely surrender to the guidance of this teacher. I felt the warmth of knowing the teacher was real and this was a lesson I didn"t have to be perfect. I could relax and flow where the guidance took me. I should mention that I"m not training to be a medium. I want to expand my awareness and connect to higher and higher consciousness for my own spiritual growth and to serve spirit in whatever way spirit orchestrates. This CD is an incredible tool and I am grateful to Hemi-Sync and Suzanne (and their divine guides of course) for sharing this with us.

Excellent for Mediumship Training and Relaxation

This is a great CD set for anyone interested in mediumship training, expanding your own awareness, going deeper in mediation, or just for listening and relaxing. Suzanne Giesemann"s method for connecting and expanding your awareness is easy to follow and very effective, and the music is beautiful. The first time I listened to the Mediumship Training Ground, I found myself quickly slipping into a very relaxed state and then as Suzanne"s voice gently guided me,and then I easily shifted to a higher awareness. Suzanne"s meditation for a Deeper Connection on Disc 2, expands on the techniques taught on the first disc. Since using these techniques I able to reach a much deeper and expanded state of consciousness quicker and easier than ever before. This is the best guided mediation that I have ever experienced.

Isn"t that interesting?!

Of course, my own experience is only my own and why would you trust what I say? You might think I am just trying to humor a friend, if Suzanne Giesemann were a friend of mine, which she isn"t in my heart she is but that"s about it- so to sum it up it"s all about trust, and it often is.
I"m an ordinary gal, no born medium in the least, but what I experienced when listening to the deep meditation guided exercise for the first time was so profoundly moving that I can"t find any word powerful enough to describe it. All I can say is please do try it, trust it and go with it. It will take you wherever you allow yourself to go.

Suzanne Giesemann

When she first began researching and writing the Hay House published book, The Priest and the Medium, she never dreamed that she would one day connect with the unseen world herself.
